DOLE FOOD COMPANY, INC. AWARDED OUTSTANDING CORPORATION BY THE ASSOCIATION OF FUNDRAISING PROFESSIONALS

The Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater San Fernando Valley celebrated its National Philanthropy Day on Thursday, November 2, 2006 and presented Dole Food Company, Inc., with the Outstanding Corporation Award for 2006.
Dole Food Company won the award for its commitment to supporting nutrition, health and wellness related programs such as community based charities and fitness events, cultural organizations, schools & charitable organizations where its employees and their families actively participate.
